This game literally does not work. No matter how accurate your swing, it won’t connect. Oddly enough the free version riddled with ads works great. There is other reviews from months ago stating this same problem but no fix. Possibly because the greedy developers realized they make more off of ad revenue than single $0.99 charge for this version?
Now it crashes after 1 swing….fix it
No matter how well you hit the ball, good luck on advancing very far. I get good solid hits just for it to pop up and go backwards, or it doesn’t make it 60’. If you are like me, and don’t want to pay to level, save yourself by not wasting your time in this game. Years ago it was not as back breaking trying to level up the three phases. Now it seems the game is a lot tougher. That includes hitting the ball, and the way the ball comes out. If they would fix those two problems, the game might be worth playing again.
I know it’s been a long time since this game was popular, but it’s still very fun to play and time consuming. My only issue is trying to achieve the golden bat, I know not enough people rarely try this game out anymore, but is it possible this app can get updated to where you don’t have to try multiplayer to get the golden bat?
Seems to miss the ball even when the line goes straight through the ball. I don’t remember the game working so bad

I am 1 gold bat away from completing and it is in multiplayer.. everytime I load into a multiplayer game it kicks me off of the game. The only way to get the gold bat is to pay $15 when I am 1 away and can’t get it because the game is bugged.
As the title states, this is a great game for its simplicity and fun level. Works well for the most part and is a good low stress time killer. That said, its ceiling is 3 stars because of the abysmally slow progression and outrageous prices. I’d wager it’d take 2-3 days of actual play time just to get one stat to 70, let alone max all of the stats. It would cost almost $200 minimum to do so by purchasing the upgrades. XP should be 1 for every 25 points or something. 1 XP per 100 points is simply too low w/ how much the amount progresses every level.
I remember playing this years ago so I decided to get the game. I was disappointed that there is a bug where you can hit the balls but this game brought me nostalgia. I hope it gets fixed soon.
