Been using flighthub for many years always have a great experience. Amazing service competitive price

I booked flight them make modifications and they said me, total is $1500 but they deduct $1900. They make fool to customers for earning extra money by robbing customers. They never give back your money Nor do they admit their mistake. Those who have some live agents find a way to rob you by giving you less information. Beware, I will neither use this app after today nor will I ever be able to book a ticket from it, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. It’s my first and last experience with this app.

Found my flights for almost 1000$ less (2 pass) than the cheapest ones on Expedia. Shorter layovers to top it off!

I was up until 1 am last night repeatedly booking flights, getting an email saying my purchase was successful, only for an hour later to have it cancelled with no reason as to why. -Finally thought I found the right one. -Wake up at 3:45 am to get on a flight (live 30min from AP) -check email, -pure rage. This app also randomly goes completely white and you have to reset it every like 5 minutes. Stupid app that I hate.

Dont use this app

I just took a trip to the states and when I booked my tickets, I ordered the eSIM. My objective was to stay off of public Wi-Fi and with the data provided, had it worked, it would’ve spared me logging onto public Wi-Fi. I spent hours on a layover with a FlightHub agent, trying to get my eSIM to activate. We didn’t have any success. However, all my emergency numbers for the eSIM were in Polish! Crazy non-results. I rightly question the legitimacy of the provider. There is no customer service available with the eSIM provider, and I left a message. Of course I never heard back from them. I’ve now spent hours trying to get a refund for this product from FlightHub. They’ve had a file open with the provider since October 18. It’s now October 27. I’ve had to remind FlightHub that they billed me and I am THEIR customer. They should take care of me. FlightHub is the provider’s customer, and they should take care of them. It shouldn’t be this hard.

I’ve been using Flight Hub for a while and I’m enjoying using it as it’s easy to navigate while doing the booking/s. Plus the prices are quite competitive than others.

Advertised prices are not always true and there is no avenue to have these extra charges challenged. When I booked my flights, the final bill on my app was less than half than what was actually charged. You are dealing with chats and AI. Book directly with the airline. Do not use FlightHub. Beware! If it looks to good to be true, it probably is. The “great flight deal” ended up more than double!
