I paid for the VIP on the app twice because I thought it didn’t go through the first time on the app, but I checked my bank and it took the money out but every time I try to chat with any of the characters it just says “chat limit reached” I haven’t even sent one message. So this is unacceptable since it did take my money already. TWICE!!

It ask for unlimited and pro I payed 3 times and still access checked bank it came out need to fix this and address this! Now 24 hours in no reply and still can’t play the game
