The game house flipper is a captivating game. I get to buy, remodel, and either sell or rent out a house to make a profit. This game is able to capture the attention of not only people with real estate interests but every one else, I am an example of that.
I also like the gems that are used to skip through the renovation process. I can be pretty impatient to wait through the timer so I immediately use the gems. You can purchase more gems if you run out, Pretty impressive.
The game is as realistic as it can get.

This game is unplayable, it is all about spending money so you could actually do something. Don’t waste your time with it.

It’s a fun game and I’m enjoying progressing through it, however, after you load into the game there is an ad. After you collect your money from renting out your house there’s an ad… for each property you own. It’s fun but the games not called “ad watching simulator” I’d like to be able to play uninterrupted, for at least a little bit, without having to pay.
Update: lost all my houses. Idk how you make a game this glitchy but this studio is pathetic.

Wish it wasn’t so glitchy.
Quite enjoyable, but glitchy. You can’t own and fix more than one house at the same time. If you switch to one then switch back, the buyer will not offer anything higher than their second offer. So if you buy a house at 108000 and renovate for 113000, it will tell you that it is worth like 129000, but the highest offer you will receive after renovations will be 110000. Very frustrating. Would be great otherwise, I hope this game gets updated and fixed. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.
