iPad UX absent & web version dead
The app is live for quite a long time. Still, on iPads it’s just wider iPhone view with small characters. But rate 1 is for the infinite scroll on web, i.e. absolutely absent workaround for such poor UX. I really hope you do have more important issues to fix because none of mine (10+ to those above) have been covered yet.
Impossible to use on iPhone
Messages sync forever. Have to use it because my company wants so. Don’t recommend
Please add Ukrainian language
Messager is good but it is not translated in Ukrainian, then it gets 3 stars
Extremely slow
The phone app is extremely slow and it is impossible to work on the phone!
Great messenger for work
Very convenient and secure. Multi platform so it’s easy to always stay in touch

Slowness
The synchronisation of messages is really very slow. It works well on desktop,but mobile version loads messages for ages😔
Okay app
It's super slow as app, on the desktop it usually works fine but on the phone... I can see notifications but when open the app they load forever. It's impossible to reply in time. I reinstall it from time to time but it doesn't always help
