I love Florence and I am so exited to receive this package! The only this that was not working was one of the payment methods. You could select PayPal but then it wouldn’t let you use it. Any I’m still so excited for my package to arrive💜💜💜💜💜

I had been waiting so long to finally order products from here. However, when I went to check out, I couldn’t complete my order, as you don’t ship to Australia. I find this odd because on the website, it says that you ship to Australia. I would love if you could explain please x Thanks

I am going to be honest here, I’ve read majority of the reviews by customers of Florence by Mills, so I can say that I genuinely can’t wait for my package to arrive. However, it’s still in transit and hasn’t even been shipped yet! I live in Australia, so I understand if the processes take time, but I was expecting it to at least be in my hands for a birthday yesterday. I ordered my package on January 18th and it’s almost been two weeks?? Generally, international package and shipping should occur 4 to 10 business days, but I respect if this is, of course, different for every country. I would appreciate it if the delivery services were faster. I know that my order isn’t the only one to have been delayed. Overall, I believe your beauty products really do accomplish customer standards and I’m excited to use them when they arrive. Thank you.
