Florida Rules of Civil Procedure (LawStack Series) Reviews

Good serviceable app

Swanatty on

Easy to use; good bookmark feature; search is pretty good. I use this, along with family law rules, almost every day. So much easier to take to court and easier to use than that giant Rules of Court published by Westlaw. Wish you would add rules of judicial administration and appellate rules to your titles.

Proofread the text after copy pasting

csnewman on

United States

It looks like the author copy pasted the text of the rules directly from Westlaw into this app. There are multiple instances where text that was hyphenated from one line to the next in the original was copy pasted with the hyphen intact (e.g., "termi- nated"). So, when one searches for "terminated", the search will yield no results. This is a careless mistake to make. But more so, it's mistakes like this that make me very uncomfortable about the accuracy of the rest of these app. If you're going to market to attorneys, step up your proofreading game.

Useful on the go

Cm4427 on

Does just enough to be really useful when an issue pops up. Can leave the books back at the office. A KEYWORD search option in addition to the existing search tables would be helpful addition though.
