Constant errors and faults

Had nothing but trouble with it, it logs me out lots, when I try to log back in with the same password it suddenly doesn’t work. When I try to tap the ‘can’t access your account’ bit it crashes. Had trouble with some units on the app crashing /not starting and im not able to continue with the other units until that one is completed (you can’t skip units). I contacted support to report this issue and they did reply quickly but it doesn’t seem to have been resolved and the advice was to use a non Apple device (I used an iPhone and a Mac), which isn’t an option for me. Just incredibly frustrating and buggy app that I now can’t even log in to.

Terrible app, lags a lot , would not recommend

This is without a doubt the worst app I have ever used. Clunky UI, glacial loading time and insipid games make work training even more of a hassle than it needs to be.

Need a ipad version

So poor functionality, annoying to utilise, displays on landscape at all times, interacts with other settings of the iPhone or iPad, just blocked on test results, no option to close the window and comeback to the test. A complete different version for IPads that doesn’t even recognise any link provided - click & no page found :( really annoying format, really annoying course structure, that will mix up with your device settings. The only chance I had was n my Iphone, but as I said it’s stuck/ blocked after I finish the test with no option on closing the window and coming back to the initial menu, I’ve tried everything , there is no closing cross, no other way. And these are stuff we have to waist our time and wellbeing for employment. I’m so fed up with it.

App works quite well formyself but what would be good is for finger print access to be put on there instead of having to log in each time you have to use the app otherwise i have no problems withthe app its self

The app is a joke - slow, buggy and not optimised for either iphone or ipad, but I could get over all this. What really gets my blood boiling is that in the modules each slide has 263637478255236 darn elements that flow in one by one with a 5 sec long animation each 🙄

Why, why, why did the developers not optimise this for all mobiles. Surely the iPhone is the most widely used mobile? Even if it’s not it’s still very popular and not allowing this app to work on this platform is ridiculous. All of my staff have iPhones and are unable to complete their training and have to resort the using the office desktop!! Absolutely ridiculous It is most certainly NOT compatible with iPhone
