Scam?
This is the third time I extended my account from my son’s mobile under my subscription email address. When I pay everything seems to be fine but, when we try to connect the VPN, an automatic message pops up saying that my subscription has already expired when it isn’t true. On the other hand, in my mobile it works perfectly well, but the subscriptions seems to be under an automatic email address that I have no idea what it is. Also, there is no customer service here, no one to talk with and resolve this problem. It’s starting making me think this APP is a SCAM! I would really appreciate, if someone from FLOW can reply here and give me a solution.
