… wenn ihr die Anmeldung nicht fixt. Kann doch nicht sein, dass ich mich alle paar Minuten komplett mit Code aus Email, auf die man auch noch warten muss, anmelden muss. Wie oft soll ich noch einen geheimen PIN eingeben eingeben und Gesichtserkennung freischalten? Wenn man nach der App geht, welche eigentlich unbrauchbar ist nicht mal für iPad zur Verfügung steht, müsste man eigentlich sofort die Koffer packen. Die Bugs motivieren mich nun immer mehr zu einem Wechsel.

Günstiges, einfaches Traden. Leider ist das App instabil und hat immer wieder einige Abstürze. Man braucht dafür genügend „Nerven“.

Many function do not yet work properly and the customer service needs to be contacted for a solution. So I say good bye to flow bank. Indeed the interface looks pretty. But I do not want to experiment with my money. So two start for the pretty.
das App hat viele Fehler. Oft können die Positionen nicht geschlossen werden und man verliert Geld. Der Support antwortet über Emails meistens nicht. Gemeldete Fehler werden nicht korrigiert. Ist meiner Meinung nach keine würdige CH-Bank. Habe Meldung bei der FINMA gemacht. der Support antwortet: „Wenn Sie mehr Geld einbringen, dann werden wir um Ihr Problem kümmern!“ Heute funktioniert wieder das System nicht (20.06.23 seit 01:30am CET).

Top Preis-Struktur für die Schweiz und das Angebot ist ziemlich breit. Preis-Leistung daher top. Ja die App ist noch etwas in den Kinderschuhen. Deutsche Übersetzung ist noch nicht gut, aber auf englisch alles ok. Was zu einem Stern Abzug führte: Ich habe bei schweizer Aktien teilweise falsche aktuelle Preise, somit auch verzerrte Charts. Wer wie ich Flowbank nur als Ergänzung braucht, kann damit leben, wer aber diese App als alleinige Preisquelle hat, muss aufpassen….
Charts cannot load, fees are high, in maintenance all the time.
dear devs, please fix the crashing issue, can’t use the app longer than 5 seconds after opening it… kinda hard to succeed in investing under these circumstances 😄
