Flowdia is an easy to use flow diagram tool that can be used to quickly create professional quality flowcharts, mind maps, BPMN, network and server layouts, Cisco network, Rack diagram, UML activity, business process and process flow diagrams.
The app is designed with ease of use in mind. You can quickly connect flowchart shapes by simply selecting the start and end connection points and quickly add new lanes to a swimlane diagram or new sub-topics to a mind map diagram by using "+" button from the selected swimlane or mind map shape menu. The mind map sub-topics are automatically positioned on the page but can be easily moved as required.

Flowdia supports export of the diagram / flowchart to PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG formats.You can view exported SVG files in Microsoft Visio.

You can import custom PNG and JPG images.

The flowchart shapes in this tool are not images can be re-sized without loosing quality. You can customize the look of the shapes by applying background color and also change the font color and size of the text.

- 4 files.
- 1 page per diagram.
- Cannot remove or duplicate pages.

Quarter of a screen

Installed on 13 inches tablet and diagram available area is a fraction of the screen and cannot resize. Uninstalled immediately

I really like this app it's great I bought the app however it's not syncing between my phone and my iPad is it possible to do this?

Really happy with the app

Looking for a simple app to create flow charts. Looked at Lucid and Viseo and was put off by the price / ongoing subscription. This did what I needed it too. I like the fact it snaps to grid, can change the background colour of the boxes and arrows and is pretty easy to pick up. Wasn’t looking for bells and whistles so this free app did the job. May consider paying the one off £9.99 in case o want to save documents and send without the watermark but otherwise really happy for now.

You must download this Flowdia app to believe how beautiful it is. I must congratulate the developers for a job well done. I have been searching and I’ve settled on this app. I wanted it for my organisation’s organogram.

Intuitive and quick

I’m enjoying using this app - works well for quickly building flowcharts. One request would be the option for higher resolution export on jpeg and pdf as the compression is a little strong for my case - the charts look amazing within the app then degrade on export -I would have expected that option on a paid for app.

Good at what it does.

The interface is simple and easy to learn. Limited to paper size, which makes larger flow diagrams really difficult to achieve. No option to set default formatting (Colours etc.) for objects. It would also be great if you could export to viso or draw.io for example. I would say that £9.99 doesn’t really justify the ability to create more than 4 documents.

Great little app

This is a great tool to create process maps, works very well and is intuitive. To improve (and get 5 star rating ) it needs to improve document management, needs to integrate with cloud storage e.g. ICloud or Dropbox and allow folder structures and the ability to rename documents
