I wanted to rate them on Google but couldn't. Anyway, I ordered at 10:30am today (BGC area) and the standard shipping says it will arrive around 1pm-4pm. So I opted for the express shipping option. It arrived at 1:19pm. I shouldn't have chosen the express shipping and paid extra since it arrived late just the same. Also, the bouquet was much smaller than the one the lady was holding in the photo. GCash and debit card not working too so I had to painfully choose COD (You need to receive the flower yourself if it's COD).

I ordered roses for our 10th yr anniversary so I can surpirse my wife and make her smile. What we received is sunflower and a combination of others(not what we ordered). The letter and QR video was also not there. Of course it was a wrong item. Really ruined my plan to surprise my wife. Imagine it’s our 10th yr anniversary. Good thing, the rider came back few hours later and give us our correct order. But of course, the surprise and excitement was already gone. :’(

Please improve your services, never the riders fault but it's your system. Late process and so late delivery, ceremony ended already! Fck.

Repeated several times the details/info as keeps going back to homepage plus asked about the code for the first-time client that I received but was not able to take note but didnt get any reply. That should be a 20% discount.

Been a loyal customer of FlowerStore and always a good experience. Wishing they'll maintain good service and improve better with new products (flower arrangements) to choose from of different price ranges. Been the same options for quite some time.
