If you have a Villo! or Cambio subscription, you’ll also find the nearest stations and complete your booking with a direct link to the native app.

Crash on opening
The app crashes instantly when I open it. I can only see the splash screen for about half a second. The app doesn’t even open.
Kan beter voor fietsrouten
Floya zou een meerwaarde over Google Maps bieden als het rekening houdt met de gewestelijke en gemeentelijke fietsrouten, die meestal veel aangenamer zijn om de fietsen. Deze zijn te vinden bij routeplanner.bike.brussels. Het zou leuk zijn als deze routes in Floya worden geïntegreerd.
Geen meerwaarde
Invasie op je privacy. Een app voor publiek transport moet aangeven welk vervoermiddel op welk moment voor een traject is aangewezen. Koppel dit aan een makkelijk betaalmiddel en basta. Dit doet de app absoluut niet.
Deelmobiliteit op zijn Brussels
De dropzones zijn een goed idee, maar wat een waardeloze uitvoering. Bij de 5 laatste keren dat ik een Dott of Lime probeerde te parkeren in een officiële zone, kreeg ik de melding ‘forbidden to park here’. Dit is niet enkel in de Floya-app, maar ook in de eigen apps van Dott en Lime. Dan moet je nog 10 minuten verder zoeken naar een zone waar het dan eindelijk wel werkt. 10 minuten extra aangerekend uiteraard.
Pas en tps reel
L application ne donne pas les horaires en temps réel. En une semaine, 3 fois l application n annonce pas les retards ou annulations de bus. Application pas du tout fiable.
Nice app, but work in progress
The app is convenient, the design is quite nice and intuitive. There are a few things missing though. It would be great to have the night taxi Collecto in the app, as well as the option to use day passes while using a bike or scooter. But it’s definitely going in the right direction.
Why?
The app is made by STIB but users cannot buy STIB tickets with the app. Even after all this time, this feature isn’t available. I can buy TEC, I can buy SNCB but I cannot buy STIB. Serious??! Belgian surrealism at its finest !
Three long years after last app usage
User data is kept 3 (three) years after last usage ?!?! May I ask why the app needs to keep my data for three years ? Instantly deleted. EU Digital App has no way to prevent this ?
