Description
If you’ve insured your car though Adrian Flux or Fluxdirect, this mobile app is to be used in conjunction with your telematics Smartbox device. You receive your Smartbox by courier and self-fit it to the inside of the windscreen of your insured vehicle.
The app will;
- Report back to you daily how your car was driven the previous day and show what affect your driving behaviour has had on your next year’s renewal premium.
- Show your journeys for the previous 7 days with areas highlighted to show good, poor and dangerous driving.
- Track your renewal premium over time and notify you when your insurance is due for renewal
- Display your Smartbox battery level.

Black box
i have been with adrian flux for 4 months now and i can say that have been amazing and especially the black box it is really understanding and very good percentage off for the renewal in the next year if you listen to the rules of the black box i am a very happy customer

The app is super easy to use and manage your policy! It gives lots of information on your score, mileage and where your recent trips have been alongside having access to contact Adrian flux easily!

Decent App, have been using Adrian flux for almost a year now. However every time i want to view my score of how well i’ve driven they seem to always be making improvements to the app and to check back soon. Mostly every single time. I just want to check how well i have driven but i can’t because of this!!!

I have been with this company for only 3 months, but so far they’ve been absolutely amazing, the customer service is brilliant, super helpful. i have a black box insurance, and i love the fact i can track my miles, journeys and they even give me weather updates! i absolutely recommend this insurance company if you need to get cheap insurance:)

Waste of time
App works fine. As a parent it is handy to monitor journeys, speed, keep track of mileage etc. I’m not sure how accurate it is regarding speed after many other reviews I have read! DO NOT believe the forecasted premium for the next year of insurance. My daughters app said her next premium would be £1400 and it’s actually turned out to be £1900 with no explanation why. On the FAQS on the app it tells you that the price it shows is accurate and then on a different page it says they are not guaranteed. Very contradicting and misleading. There were no changes to the policy, it is not accurate or guarenteed. When questioned, Adrian Flux stated they sent out information regarding the premium increase. There wasn’t any contact at all from Adrian Flux regarding this.
This blackboc is horrendous and literally gives cautions for no reason
