Fly Airlink

Airlink definitely offers the best flying experience in South Africa, but this app is terrible. It hangs indefinitely on a “join Skybucks” screen even though one is logged in as a Skybucks member. It also “loses” flights that have been loaded, and then have to be reloaded time and time again. It’s a pity that such an excellent airline persists with a hopelessly inept dev team.

When you are opening the app - it mother buffer. Nothing happens. It is so frustrating. The app dont work!!!

The app keeps losing my booked and paid trip reservations

Booking system is great but my booked trips keep disappearing from the app and yesterday the check in system wasn’t working to check in online using the app

Hi, the app keeps on losing my trips! Lost all my past trips and upcomming trips. Every time i close the app and go back all my planned trips is gone!

I book meant flights way in advance. Your app keeps deleting my upcoming flights and I have to keep adding them manually. Why???

Besides the fact that the app keeps on freezing 9/10 timesdespite being updated, there are always issues with payment regardless of the card. And then i have to fill in ALL the details AGAIN just be be shown an error. It is literally the ONLY app that asks you to repeat ALL your details (name, phone nr, emails adress) at payment. WHY??? i am loggd in so its on the system 😡

Seems app takes a while to startup. Loyalty should always link directly upon app login. Trip flow also slow

Booking tickets is super easy and great, my only complaint is the skybucks reward system, I’ve done more flights than what have been logged and get told it’s too late to claim these flights which is so frustrating as I did pay and take the flights but emailing has proved unsuccessful
