なかなか特典旅行の予約がうまく行きません。便に空きがあるので、個人情報や支払い方法など入力後に、sold out の表示になります。 何度も、時間を変えてやってみています。なぜsold out 後にまた同じ便が検索結果に表示され、選択できているのに最後にエラーになるのか。 何か確認すべき点があれば教えてほしい。

なぜかスペイン語表記
アプリダウンロードして、表示されるのがスペイン語。せめて英語で読みたいが、スペイン語ではどこから言語変更できるのか分からない。 Don’t know why the default language setting is Spanish. How can I change it to another language?

フライト変更の決済ができない
このアプリを使ってフライト変更しようとしても、何度試してもエラーが出て決済ができない。パソコンのブラウザから試したらすぐに出来た。

デルタはほんと使えません、パソコンではログインできるのにアプリでは出来ない。エラーばかりでる、2度と使いません。

Stop requiring US address even when TRANSIT
It is very weird that this app requires us to write the US address even when we just transit in the US to other countries. Please make an improvement
言語選べるようにしてほしい。
設定か登録内容に間違いがあると思われマイルが表示されないが英語が苦手なのでよくわからない。
