Support was given in its best form by professional employees spoken and assisting and dealing in a way showing the effectiveness & efficiency and commitment to be aligned with the client, Support was by Khalid Alhmadan, Abrar alobaid from IT team and Waleed, Meshael from customer care.

Good initiative in corporate world 🤗

The company claims that if you messaged them via the app they will answer in 3 minutes and that is not correct as I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes for an answer yet, not responding back

It’s a lie to say the customer support will response within 3 mins after the message is send via app. No response after 2 hours. The hotline will auto hang up after 4 mins.

The application and service is very bad I have never advise anyone to use it

دفعت مبلغ مايقارب 400 ريال ولم استفد منه وقاموبسحبه بالباطل

This is one of most Under developed, under supported travel apps ever. Possibly because of lack of resources in a very specialized market. Not only the experience I’d bad but support is worse.

عندي مبالغ نقديه في المحفظه وقامو بسرقتها ايضا لايقومون بالرد على الاتصال خدمة العملاء سيئه

بالنسبة لي الحجز ماشي حاله ولكن استرجاع مبالغ من المحفظة لحسابي تقولي الموظفة apple pay لا وضحت كم يوم ياخذ التحويل ولا كيف الفلوس حتجيني ابل باي بالنسبة للاسترجاع ماحبيت الطريقة ولازم يكون في خاصية اسحب فلوسي بنفسي بعد ما يسوي التطبيق authentication وخدمة العملاء تلفون ما يردو كم مرة اتصل ويرن الى ان يفصل
