Super easy to use but I’d rather not have to carry my phone

Always says I have no connection when I have full 4g on iPhone it’s so annoying

Everyone is forced to carry a phone with an internet connection. You cannot even leave the gym without finding a gym instructor if you don’t have coverage or if your phone battery has died. I was told by an instructor that management have spent too much money on it to change it now. Easy of use and common sense was not taken into consideration. An RFID card would have worked perfectly fine instead of this gimpy set up.

Can we get class schedules and booking on the app too please?

Can you please make the app compatible with Apple Watch ? Apple Watch’s are linked to the single authenticated device so it’s still coming from a single device, and can be used to get in if my phone is out of battery!

I want to run to the gym and I don’t want to carry the smartphone to the gym with me, stop forcing us to use this app and allow an alternative way without the phone!

This stupid app takes the stupidest app prize on my phone (and there’s a fair bit of competition). Flyefit has decided, in its wisdom, to force paying customers to bring their phones with them to the gym coz we all need new venues where smartphones are necessary for entry! Can we not get a break from our phones somewhere? Can I not jog to the gym without having to worry about attaching a stupid phone with a stupid new app to my arm? Stupid, stupid, stupid 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Can’t longing, doesn’t work properly. Hope it won’t be an issue when going to the gym.

Very simple app. It’s just a QR code, that opens the turnstiles for you. Only had to log in the first time, and stayed logged in ever since. Not sure why the bad reviews.

Better than card but face recognition or remember password would be better to save logging in every time . Also would be great to be able to exit the gym without having to log in.
