Great game!
Best game ever!
A game that is suited for all ages
Graphics is pretty good and the Sounds mesh well with it. Other than the characterss being static when being shot, the graphics and the other animation are actually pretty good. Gameplay wise, the game has some really good points and a couple bad ones. First, the good points. This game can be very enjoyable with it's fun cast of characters that you get to shoot at enemies. There is a good variety between tall, large and short mercs and how each one varies from each other gives a sense of strategy to how you will take care of the incoming flying hordes. The powerups involved are fairly implemented and could help out in sticky situations. Maybe an ability or upgrades which can improve the powerups at some point are some possible improvements that can be added. One flaw I would like to emphasize on which , IMO, can be the make or break the gameplay, is how the shot power is implemented. This can be a factor at which a player can like or dislike the game. It requires timing to shoot at a certain power and having to do these while concentrating on the angle, curve, and movement of the hordes can be a little too much having to keep your attention on all of them. This could be a double edged sword as it can be a good factor for difficulty and can call for some good sense of rush, but it could turn some players off who are looking for something pickup-and-play. The power bar can sometimes give off something too random, and what a lot of players look for in games like this is control. Maybe a fixed slider for power that the player can adjust before actually making the shots could work better. As a side note, the power bar is difficult to see when using the left hand to play, same with the angle of the cannon which can be covered by left handed players. Overall, the game is enjoyable and addicting, but the occasional frustration at mis-timed power levels on perfect angles can be quite a turn-off. My recommendation is to try out this free game, and see if the shot power mechanic can work for you or not. It's free, and it is awesome. Thanks!
