I love this app. I love what it stands for and I have also ordered products and I love the quality, but I am having major trouble with my store. It has been glitching, not uploading the correct products or descriptions, and so I have deleted all my items off my store till I figure it out and I am having a lot of trouble finding customer service or help with this. Sorry to post on here, but it’s the only place I can find right now, please I need help so that I can get my store online and start sharing this great app with everyone

I’ve been using this app for sometime now, Every time the app gets updated it’s a new problem. I already contacted customer but no help. A lot of my completed designs aren’t there and the ones I’m working on have disappeared. I’ve updated the app but still nothing. How can this be resolved because emailing didn’t help out. Do you have a customer service number to call??! I need my designs asap maybe even a discount for the troubles.

Hello, so i found this app and downloaded it, i love designing shirts, i would like to purchase my designs, can i do that or is this only for people that wants to sell and strt a store? Also, if i make an account is it free, i know i have to pat for subscribing if i want to. You guys can should add polyester tshirts on the print all over one. I really really like this app, i like how i can design on the tshirt and see what it looks like. Maybe you can add kids size too. And also the shirts that i ordered some of the the colors are off, its not as bright as the ones in the picture. Thank i am still using the app. Had some issues after the update, but seems to be working fine now. Forgot to add, you guys should also add bigger size too. The all over print one, up to size 4x. Ok thank you sooooo much!

It looks like I’ve lost a lot of work w this update. Super disappointed

I purchased a pack and it said restore the purchase which I did but it keep saying restore. And it doesn’t work. I deleted the app and downloaded again and it still doesn’t work can you please fix this issue.
