This app needs some help for 2024. No graphs or breakdowns. More options to see for spending habits or budgeting should be on here, like the other bank apps I have had in the past. I still like the bank but would like to see some improvements.
It’s crazy that small business checking customers can’t send wires online, by app, or even by phone. In branch only is wild for business customers.
Love it ❤️
Can’t log in, says it’s loading and never does anything. Then go online they say they send a text which never happens. It’s 2024. (Yes I’ve called customer support)
I love this bank and mostly this app cause its so easy for me to accomplish what I need, it’s amazing of everything I can do without visiting the bank, keep up the good work you guys
App will no longer open! Update/reset whatever is needed to make this app useful! Constantly have to turn off phone then back on to get logged in.
Banking through this app has been very convenient and user friendly. Thank you!
Buggy, always asking me to do stuff (like reset password) then immediately telling me I’ve maxed out my attempts (my attempts to update a password?) The bank itself won’t take ACH payments so I have to mail my mortgage via check every month. And keep checks, envelopes, stamps, etc on hand… Customer service has been a complete nightmare. It’s been a horrid 4 years stuck with this app/bank for my mortgage loan. 0/10 do not recommend.
FNB should do a lot better than just tell you that you have posted a transaction. You can set a limit for notifications, other bank apps let you know which transaction has transpired. FNB does nothing more than tell you that a transaction transpired which forces you to go into the app and look at the transaction. It would be so much easier if they could just tell you which transaction happened in their notification to you. If other banks do it, it must not be that hard. Come on FNB, do the work.
