Why do I need to enter my password to pay a bill, when I already signed in with my fingerprint? Seems like if you are letting me in to the account information, paying a bill should be allowed at that point.

The Credit Center provides access to your latest credit score, gives you an understanding of the key factors that impact your score and may even be able to save you money with special offers.

Will not open
I have been trying to check my bank account and it just won’t open. I tried a week ago, didn’t work. Thought it might be a bug so I didn’t check it for a few days. Tried to check it again and it will not open still.
App is just OK.
The FNB app is just OK, but I find it annoying and backwards that my credit card information is not available directly through my banks app or through my bank’s website. Every other financial institution that I do business with makes this information available so that I can easily check my balance and make payments. I hope that in the future FNB will update their app and website to allow their customers of easily paying on a credit card that is issued by their bank.
Bugs
The app is not good. My external accounts don’t show up on the app so I have to use a browser whenever I want to transfer money, making the app useless to me.

One star goes to the developer . when your server is down, don’t even dare to generate a message that my own internet is down ..your server was down on Nov 21 2024 10/11 pm ish . Your customers ain’t stupid ..
