MAKE A CHECK DEPOSIT 
Securely deposit checks using your mobile device’s camera into your FNB Account.  Eligibility requirements must be met to use Mobile Deposit.  Deposits are subject to Verification and may not be available for immediate withdrawal.

DEBIT CARD MANAGEMENT
Has your debit card been lost or stolen and you need to deactivate it ASAP?  First National Bank in Pinckneyville’s Mobile Banking App now gives you the opportunity to temporarily deactivate/activate your debit card without having to contact the bank.

### *---- "Bill Pay activity feature quit working"
The Bill Pay activity feature quit working for me. I get a “something went wrong” error. I’ve contacted the bank directly several times and they  ‘claim’ that it will be fixed. Over six months later and it still isn’t working. Major flaw in the app when I can’t view what I’ve scheduled for payments. After the huge push to use the app, you would thing they would care more about the product.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I am not able to access unless, I go through and manually put in password and username. At one point I had the facial recognition which I fell in love with. For reasons unknown, I am no longer able to use that. When I finally do get into my accounts, I find them confusing and not at all user friendly. This app. truthfully,  deserves less than 1 star. I have had online banking with Murphy-Wall for years and have had no trouble.

Unfortunately, all I’ve had is problems. The Touch ID is a real problem to the app. It will lock you out and you have to be a trapeze artist to get back in. But today it bit the dust on my phone and will not connected to the server. Very frustrating!
