Got a new phone and filled out form to update number for app access. Every time I open the app, the initial loading screen is displayed before a prompt showing a communication error with the options “Quit” or “Retry” pops up. “Retry” starts the process over with the same results. Fix needed immediately

never works. not compatible with zelle or any basic money transfer links. you can not attach this bank’s accounts to Fidelity or anything necessary for finance. Poorly managed, archaic version of banking. …nothing more then an often not up-to-date bank statement.

For now I’ve only use it to log in and check my balances. I have not utilized all other options but will try later but so far very happy with this application.

I have to delete the app and redownload every time I want to make a deposit.

Add support for the iPhone 5 and iPad to use the screen size...other banks do...

Been waiting for this app since I got my iPhone. Easy to navigate and use for checking my balance on the go. So far so good.
