FOCUS Bank, Banking App

The cards don’t have tap to pay. The app alerts you in the EVENING time of any transactions. You CANT lock your card. After this week I’m switching banks.

Focus and their app allows for flexibility and accountability you just can’t get from national banks.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. It is always crashing and usually takes 3 or 4 attempts to get signed in. And other times you can log in at all.

I cannot get my face recognition to work! Has in the past, but it keeps going off!

Everything is excellent

I like the simplicity of the app and though I realize you are a bank and have savings accounts, I feel like a different option would be nice. Possibly adding something like a "piggy bank" feature, where I wouldn't have to have a savings account necessarily but rather I could put aside money that I need to save for a bill, or for groceries, without having to set up a separate account! Accessed in the same app, but it just removes it for a small amount of time to the piggy bank until I need to go get it. In my case setting up a savings account is pointless because I'm not long term saving, but knowing that every month I've been able to budget enough to get groceries or pay rent, that would be most helpful.

This app is perfect for keeping up with finances on the go!
