With this app stay focused and productive for longer! The app Focus has many features to increase your focus and productivity no matter the task. Focus allows you to create tasks in the to-do list and work on them during the focus sessions. Working on tasks in the focus session will build up a meter displaying how much of the task has been completed based on the estimated completion time, allowing you to see if you have been staying on track.

THE POMODORO METHOD
Use the timers in whichever way makes you most productive but one popular productivity method is the Pomodoro method. The Pomodoro method uses well-timed focus sessions and breaks to maximize efficiency.
You can leverage the Pomodoro method using the app with the following steps:
1. Focus for 25 minutes on a task you want to complete
2. Short break for 5 minutes
3. Repeat this 4 times
4. Take a longer break 15-30 minutes
