Sometimes self-discipline is just not enough to keep us away from the phones. HEALTHKIT:

Focus Plant uses HealthKit to read mindfulness data from 3rd party apps including but not limited to Forest, Flora, Plantie, Flipd, Study Bunny, Quality Time, Liquid Text, Emphasis, Flat Tomato, Focus Keeper, Finch, Clickup, Study Buddy, Socratic, Study Blue, SleepTown, Calm, and Headspace. Make sure to grant all permissions when asked to authorize the Health App to make it work.

As a person with an adhd focusing on things especially studying is very difficult , and I have been struggling with this for quite a long time . I tried different things to focus ; listening to calm music excercise and all but things really don’t work out , I also tried different apps to maintain my time it works too , but I came across this app and it looks like I’m getting a lot better at focusing for a long time since I cannot log off while the focus timer is on ,and the little games you put motivates me somehow to work harder and focus so thank u very much for creating this app .🧡
