It works for me
I've been listening before bed and it's had a huge effect on my ability to fall asleep and sleep calmly. When I feel myself getting anxious throughout the day, I also listen and it's amazing how much better I feel. I can't explain it-- I'm honestly shocked it's working so well.
Very good brain booster app
This app is so amazing, it has all brainwave entrainment that I need to boost my brain, such as focus, memory, IQ, creativity etc.. It really helps a lot with my study. Hope there will be more and more tracks.
Love its sleep program
Been using it for about two weeks, and found real sleep improvement. It is different from other sleep app, it has sleep program with which I relieve my insomnia problem gradually. Thanks a lot!
Annoyingly deceptive
It claims to be free but it’s unclear whether there is a free version to use this. From the beginning your immediately placed into free trial or so it appears. It’s not that much money but it’s irritating. This and many apps are not worth spending anything on
