FocusDots는 다음과 같이 4단계로 이루어진 간편한 시간 관리 앱입니다:

1) 수행할 단일 작업을 결정합니다.
2) FocusDots를 시작하고 작업을 타이머가 끝날 때까지 집중하여 수행합니다(25분).
3) 짧은 휴식을 취합니다(5분).
4) 4개의 "Dots"를 완료한 후 더 긴 휴식을 취합니다(15분).
