I’ll tell you what before to buy set in foldio360 I get consultation with their dealer. Standard resolution in this program is very low, small resolution and low quality of pictures and video 1080x1080. Dealer assured me what for extra fee I can increase resolution up to 3024x3024, exactly same information I found out on website of this company. Ok, this resolution in modern world is ok. After this confirmation I ordered set of this equipment. Paid for set, delivery and taxes. I paid extra fee for increasing resolution. In setting of this program I choose resolution LARGE PRO and continued to make video and pictures. And after I’ve done very big surprise was waiting for me. With settings of resolution 3024x3024 I received pic and video with basic resolution 1080x1080. I try to contact with this company and got explanation, on website, in Instagram, in official contacts. Well very slowly I got answer about; Oh ! Really? Not working? Well, we will try to fix it... Please wait a bit or maybe one month. After one month expectation I asked one more time again. What is going on? Did you fixed issue ? I paid money but I can’t use your stuff!!! And answer is... Blah blah blah We informed our technical team and in near future we will update program. After this crap have a reasonable question what the hell are they doing there over then 1 month? from end of January As of today 04 March nothing is working, no exact question about their program. I understand what if somebody need this program and stuff on amateur level, maybe it’s ok. But, they are promised another resolution and finally cheated Continue of story Today March 20 New answer from support “ Hi concerning the update of the current app, we are working and we plan to make an update as soon as the end of the first half of this year. Please note that this is our planned update and there can be some more unexpected delay on this.” I

No direct control over captured content without total dependency on the web portal. This defeats the purpose of the purchase - to use the content for scientific publications requires easy access to raw files at full resolution

The software has abruptly stopped working with iOS 17, and my fairly expensive turntable is now a very expensive paperweight. I hope the developers can tweak the code to get it running again soon.

Upgraded to premium version, but the app still won’t remove the background. Button is simply greyed out and nonresponsive. Is this a fake feature of the app?

Started using this app and it’s been great. It would even be better if it can us HEIC format on iPhones so it can communicate more information to build 3D models.

Still in the early stages of finding out what this product is capable of . So far it’s been amazing !! I would recommend this for beginners or established Jewellers , in addition to to the many other merchants wishing professional imagery for there products.

The pro version of the app needs Shadows management control (just like in iPhone’s photo editing tools), since taking pictures with big items results in a-lot of dark spots. It would also be great to be able to choose from different screen sizes!!!

Will not maintain enough of a connection (on new iPhone, right next to the turn table) to produce a single product video. Constantly stops and starts turning. Per-degree turn functions do not work at all. Other buttons fail to creat a response whatsoever. Just give me a physical control device. Fancy = frustrating.

I have bought this application twice. Never had issues. Updated my phone and now I can’t sign in, log in or sign up for that matter. I needed the turn table to work in order to complete my work at a critical time. This is bad and not acceptable. Get that app to work with the latest iOS update on the new iPhones. It works well with my iPad and other devices.
