App functioning problem
I have tried many times for sign up for this app and every time I have tried it keeps saying there an format error I even deleted and redownloaded it and still won’t work

We get bogged down by the process and we end up eating unhealthy delivery food, or we cook the same bland recipe again. In the end, we don't follow through with our intention of continuing to eat delicious, healthy food.
We got tired of going down that path, too. And so we consolidated the entire process of healthy cooking at home into a free, easy-to-use app, enabling each of us to get to our respective finish lines. Our aim with Food Friend is to empower you to:
∙ Know what you're eating at home and eat healthier.
∙ Cook at home more and enjoy a greater variety of meals.
∙ Establish a healthy process or help you stay on track of a diet.

Underpinning Food Friend is a complex framework that allows users to create and share nutritionally-valued recipes that combine into organized grocery lists. When you share your favorite recipes with the Food Friend community, they're recipes everybody else can add, personalize, and enjoy as well.
Our aim with Food Friend is to empower you to cook at home more and eat healthier. We acknowledge that not everyone in this world has a kitchen to cook in, or even food to cook. Food Friend wishes to help those less fortunate eat well, too, and in that pursuit, we will donate 10% of our profits to local food banks.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Food Friend is free to download and use. You can add 100 recipes for free, and up to another 100 if you get to the top Chef Level (for 200 total).
Should you desire extra recipe storage and an ad-free experience, you can purchase an auto-renewing Premium subscription. You won’t see any more ads with a Premium subscription, and you get storage for another 1000 recipes.

This app is completely useless as it doesn’t let you sign up.
Can’t sign up
When I try to make an account it only tells me I can’t because it’s “in the wrong format”
Won’t let me sign up
I have downloaded this app several times and it won’t let me sign up. It keeps telling me my info is not in the right format.

Will not allow sign up
Once downloaded it will not allow you to sign up as a new user. Stating the “format isn’t correct.” There are multiple reviews on this, but no attempt to fix.

I tried to create an account and it kept giving me an error that have no context on how to resolve.
