I can’t use the app most the time to add the coupons to my card. I sign in and the page is just white. I’ve shut the app and restarted it. Nothing seems to work. I love the rewards and i’d really love if i could use the coupons.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing comes up except the store banner and the rest is blank
Digital coupons will not download on my phone. They downloaded when the girl at the store set up my account, then when I tried to open it again at home it would not download the coupons. Corporation won’t even return my call to try to get the problem fixed
Nothing works. Won’t load coupons. Can’t get out of the profile screen once I go into it without completely closing app. Worthless!

Most of this app is garbage like the others say, but pretty much everything in the coupons section seems to work. I was able to sign up for an account in that section and load coupons. It wants you to select your hometown Food Giant but only seems to have KY stores. I’m in MS so I just picked one. It’ll be interesting to see if the coupons apply when I’m in the store. Overall, this thing needs major work, but at least the main section does seem to work as it should. Note the companion app isn’t any better but it does have my local store.
This is/was a great idea however the fact that you can’t input you ID and the app in general is not maintained is very dissatisfying please address this issue thanks!
Months after release and nothing consistently works. Some features have never worked. Suppose the company either does not want to pay somebody to fix or is okay with the reputation this app is giving them. Classic case of nickels holding dollars.
Downloaded to look at grocery options, like you might on other store apps, but there is nothing like that here. Building a shopping list is just a clunky digital shopping list. Not intuitive or particularly well designed. I will check the recipe function, can’t be all bad, right?
After playing with it for a few minutes, really like it!! Digital coupons are awesome!! Lots of savings available. Like the the discounts and free stuff with the points. Glad food giant is helping me save money!
