I’ve tried twice to order takeout using the Foodhub app. In both instances I ended up calling the restaurants an placing the orders. The orders placed thru Foodhub were not acknowledged by the restaurants so I wasted my time using Foodhub. Terrible service.
Waited over 1 hour past delivery time for Food to not show up. customer service was not helpful saying they couldn’t reach the restaurant, even tho I was able to reach the restaurant by phone twice while on chat with CS. They refuse to issue a refund without talking to the restaurant.

Glad to have the app, but I am visiting UK and do not have a +44 number. Currently I can’t add my real number so I can’t get texts or calls. This makes it hard for both me and drivers.
I used this app as directed by the restaurant and the food never came. When I started a chat, they directed me to the restaurant. The restaurant stated the app didn’t have driver info. WTH!
This app treats your notifications like free ad space. With no obvious way to turn them off.
Waited over two hours for my order. Called the merchant and they said the driver had picked up my order appx. 10 min. prior to my call. My food never arrived and the tracking app is TERRIBLE. It continuously jumped from “6 min ETA” to “8 min ETA”, as if the driver was just hanging out in the area? Contacting a live person is impossible. This was all around terrible.
Add more payment mechanisms, US based credit cards don’t work in the current app, and when your hankering for a home style curry… nothing chaffs worse than not being able to spend your dough.
