使用了優惠券，因為超商商品缺貨所以平台退款，但退款的錢竟然是還要乘優惠券後的價格，超瞎 就算扣掉那個缺貨商品，我還是有符合優惠券的規則條件 這偉大的平台就是硬要扣消費者的金額，大家不要下載被騙

被店家部分取消商品內容卻沒有退回優惠券
我今天想要買一些東西，裡面有幾樣東西被取消了，但取消了之後我的優惠券跟我的自取優惠次數都一樣被用掉，我覺得這樣子很不合理，為什麼店家可以自己決定要退哪些東西？哪些東西要出貨呢？ 如果訂單內容有變動為什麼沒有告知的情況下我的優惠還會被用掉，而且我後續想要退貨、取消訂單，也沒有收到相關的退款通知，優惠券也沒有補給我，太不合理了。
