Terrible service and app. I ordered McDonalds and the delivery time was postponed every 10 minutes and eventually after 2 hours the order was cancelled. No support, no explanation, nothing. Avoid and don’t waste your time!

App simply kicks this Error at any click in last version. Just had to switch to Liferando🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a pre-paid order with a simple address but the courier couldn't find it, he canceled the order with no refund and got my order and the service did nothing to help. It's a good deal guys, if you want to help the simple courier guys, buy them some food and pay them for their unfulfilled work, then use the service. The rest of us are better off using Bolt or Wolt

50€ food was destroyed by delivery and support give 5€ voucher

I ordered two soups cause I have fckin cold, the order cancelled but okay, I have only one question. WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR REFUND???

Orders are delayed every time and cancelled regularly. Drivers behavior are not on the EU level, really poor service. Never had those problems with Wolt.

Be prepared that when placing an order, the waiting time will initially be one thing, but gradually it will increase to an hour or more. This is a disappointment, not a service.

Heute habe ich mich eine Bestellung auf 23 Euro gemacht, alles war gut, solange habe ich eine Nachricht über die erfolgreiche Lieferung nicht bekommen, das hat passiert, in 5-10 Minuten wann der Kurier die Bestellung abgeholt hat… ich habe in die Hilfe geschrieben, und sie haben mir einen "Entschuldigen Voucher" auf 3 Euro gegeben… obwohl ich mein Geld zurück inzwischen 10 Tagen bekommen werde, meine Laune und mein Appetit sind verderben, und dies Voucher sieht wie ein Hohn aus. Im Fazit will ich ihnen nur Lieferando empfehlen zu nutzen

To be honest, I don't care about photos of restaurant or photos of food category. What is important to me -is the real photo of the dish that I am going to order!!!
