No review functionality and no accountability
1. Why can’t I review each restaurant after I purchase a meal from them? Where does Foodpanda get their reviews of restaurants from? I ordered from one restaurant who wasn’t even on Google Maps and it was such a horrible experience and I couldn’t review it anywhere. 2. Why doesn’t Foodpanda take responsibility for late deliveries from restaurants who provide their own delivery drivers? I ordered from a restaurant and it took nearly 3 hours (even though estimated time was 50 mins) for the food to arrive!!! I ordered at 9:30, the food arrived after midnight. The food was cold and didn’t even taste good but whatever. I paid 7000 HUF for that order. And the only options of support I had was to call the restaurant but guess what? The restaurant closed at 11pm. So when I called them at midnight, nobody answered. I was left with no food, no support, no way of reviewing my bad experience. Until a review of restaurants functionality is added, I will not change my 1-star rating. Absolutely ridiculous.
Nem vagyok megelégedve az app-al.
Nem lehet külföldi telefonszámot beírni az elérhetőségekhez. Illetve a másik problémám az az, hogy nincsen telefonszám feltüntetve az éttermeknél. Megértem hogy ez online rendelés, de ha akármi változik vagy baj van akkor egy telefonszám csak kéne az étteremhez ahonnan rendeltem hogy eltudjam őket érni.
