I can’t access the help center. It says “Something went wrong”

Ewan ko ba bakit pinapayaman lang kayo ng mga businesses!! Pahirap kayo sa mga small businesses like us! Wala na ngang chat support, can’t contact the Account Manager kuno, hindi pa gumagana ang Help Center nyo!

The app is designed to make you lose your mind. Felt like they tried their best to make this app avoid merchant complaints. Live chat is hard to reach. And when you do, they give you scripted dialogues that even easy to answer questions are far from getting answered. They’ll pass you around to different departments that tells you the same. They’ll only try to get in touch with you when they try to offer you their ridiculous marketing packages that makes them earn more money. This is by far the worst customer service and greediest company I’ve ever dealt with.

The headache of my first experience with you was, first, the device you provided had errors in its settings and couldn't be used because it couldn't connect to the WiFi and the data was slow in our area. I was made to wait for several weeks for an update from your IT support, but they really couldn't provide an update, and I need to wait another week for a replacement! Secondly, your banner and listing photos are consistently rejected. And when I talked to your agents about the issue, they all gave the same solutions that don't work, even making you seem like a liar because, according to them, there are no pending photo uploads for the banner and listing, even though I actually have proof! Please improve your service! I thought you were a reliable partner, but why is it like this? We're just starting with your platform , and you've already given us a headache. It’s like almost a month to just to start properly in your platform.

It cannot be used. It only says, Something went wrong and Refresh and try again later. 👎🏻

App constantly says “Something went wrong - Try back later” this making the app not usable.

I tried re downloading the app but laging error, wala din di rin makita yung report, di makita lahat, i tried viewing it several times pero di nagana…

I downloaded the app for the easy access because it’s hard to manage on the device, but somehow this app is worse than the device. It needs more improvement I can’t use it, app always shows something went wrong notif. Please fix and I might change the ratings.
