This Blue

I’ve used the app quite a bit over the last 3-4 weeks and there are two main issues I’m having with it. First, is that notifications from local or favourite shops just stop working. I’ve turned notifications for them off and on, turned all app notifications off/on again and logged out of the app. But the only thing that made them start working again was uninstalling and re-installing the app. They stopped working again about a week later. The second issue is that occasionally I’ll add stuff to the cart, and go to pay but my saved card info has disappeared. I have to go back to the main screen/list of items and try to pay again, at which point the saved info usually appears. Great idea and works well most of the time, but needs refinement

I use the app regularly. Suddenly credit card details got deleted and when trying to add a new card I get the spinning wheel that won’t go away. Makes the app useless when I can’t pay!

The app works well if I click on an eatery via notification. However, if I open it and try to scroll it keeps refreshing and I can’t see what’s available. It never used to do this :( Love the concept and it’s great to see more and more eateries using it.

I thought the idea was to save food from being wasted and help the community with cheap meals. Certainly not the case in Timaru, cafe’s are charging ridiculous prices. Such a wasted opportunity

Not sure why it’s compulsory to ‘Enable Notifications’ or compulsory to enter my phone number. I don’t like registering for things and giving my phone number and I really don’t want notifications. There should be a ‘Skip for now’ option. Too scared to enable notifications in case I can’t stop them!

So many great eateries to choose from and so mean that the kai doesn’t go to waste. Plus the discounts… The ux is great too… so many good concepts suffer from rubbish ux but you guys nailed it.

Good app idea and easy to use when it works, but it logs me out randomly and doesn’t send the password reset email when I click for it.

Cool concept but can the app please please please stop telling me that it barely functions with my exact location every time I open it. I’ve put in the places I like that are nearby, I don’t need to provide my exact GPS coordinates. Closing that alert every time I open it is making me consider just deleting the app.
