By far the worst customer support amongst food delivery platforms
Scam delivery wrapped in lies
Paid €5.99 for what was advertised as ‘free delivery,’ only to find out it’s only free if you spend €8 or more. Seriously? Who came up with this scam? Charging people for the privilege of meeting your stupid conditions is next-level pathetic. This is easily the dumbest, most deceitful thing I’ve seen in a while. Congrats on failing at basic honesty,never again!

Worst Service Ever
This company is a joke! We ordered 1hr ago and it says that store preparing order, called the store and the order is ready for the last 15mins and no one came to pick it up, just use bolt or wolt!

Often appear some problems with delivery
Worst customer service and delivery ever!!!!!
We ordered pizza and came all spilled and all of it piled on one side of the box! I contacted customer support since we cannot have the pizza I attached a photo and no hear from them!! Wolt on the other side,is super responsive and they really try to help! i will never use Foody sh%€ty app again!!! They do not even check their drivers
