I am not able to add anything to my cart. I have called support, they have no idea. I used the chat bot and they were no help. Any item I try to add shows up as out of stock.

The worst app I have ever used for sneakers when I anything it suddenly cancelled then it shows in stock

Everytime I try to reserve 1 pair of jordans dropping. The app glitches... And sends back my points or doesn't notify me when I'm suppose to confirm. Whats the point? Now since is sold out my only option is to go to stockx or some ridiculous reseller to pay them 100-200$ extra on a shoe I already reserved. This is sad! Footlock you guys need to fix up and actually figure out away for customer to get a pair… because the only people getting shoes are the reseller, and they not only getting one shoes they getting pairs!!!

App and website are both useless. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order on either unless you want constant stress and errors. Unreal.

I am extremely disappointed with Footlocker app. I attempted to place an order four times, and each time, my order was cancelled without any clear reason. To make matters worse, it took 4-5 days each time for the refund to process. This repeated cycle was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The app is unreliable and has caused nothing but headaches. I expected much better service from a company like Footlocker. Definitely not recommending this app to anyone.

Don’t expect to get those sneakers you reserved online. You order it online and 10 days later they will cancel your order. Footlocker employees backdoor their sneakers to resellers at 3x the price.
