FCM23 is a Soccer Club Management game written and developed by real soccer coaches and managers to give players a realistic day-to-day club management experience, that's full of depth yet quick to play.
This is the only game available that allows you to become a director of a football club or for you to take over and manage a club as the chairman.
Start your career as a Director of Soccer, either by creating your own club from scratch or by taking on a role at a real soccer club. Manage all aspects of the club from finances, sponsorships, staff, and player recruitment as you set out your philosophy and vision for the club and look to deliver success to the board and fans.

We want a realistic club logos 🙏And we need more competition like the Super cup a final game between the Europa winner and the champions league winner , conference league and The club World Cup .Each league and cups should bare their real names e.g Bundesliga , Uefa europa league , Seria A e.t.c And finally Player names should be realistic in bundesliga also.I hope this get to you and fix this before the official release and it’s going to be more fun and realistic Thanks 🙏💪❤️

Is there a way to send players into the under 23 team for development if they not getting game time thank you
The screen doesn’t fit
The screen doesn’t fit on my iPad, I can’t find settings either because of how little I can see
Just ok.
Even though I’ve been playing for a few weeks, it is enjoyable though definitely seems to be pay to win system in place. From a successful half season to my players losing to weaker opposition though in reality that happens but the players are really losing fitness very quickly and require you spend to top up on their conditioning and sharpness. The system could be improved and I’m a VIP so they say. Don’t feel like it!
Great game
This game is a very fun game that also is realistic in some ways, I like all the negotiation systems and transfer negotiation systems and how it looks, it would be cool if we could do player swap deals as well and it we could have more control over what we want when loaning a player. for example, to have a player be a key player and choose how much the other team will contribute to the players wages and how long the loan will last and a call back option. Furthermore, i am stuck on the same monthly payment for the past 3 seasons, I have been gaining profits and achieving targets set out by the board but I still to get a wage increase is this a bug? And The actual match mechanics are somewhat confusing, because I would have a higher rated team with all my players with full energy and sharpness but we still lose. Hopefully there is a way to sort of fix that but otherwise fantastic game
Squad size
I have 25 players in my squad and it says max 44 however whenever I try to sign anybody it says I’m at the max squad size

Fantastic game , one of the better football ones out there. Improvements in the new ownership system could be made, but this game is addicting and genuinely brilliant. Needs some financial work , as going into a season with -2,000,000 wages can be toughl sometimes
