It is not bad but not good at the same time
Neymar event (set sail)
I receive a message saying that the board will sign Neymar if you can get a player from the star road (last event unaccomplished). Since the Neymar event is expired, I thought it is my very last chance. I got a player in Star road but player Neymar was not given to me. May I request for it since I have accomplished all factors.

This is my first encounter a game support team need more than a week to recover a account and still cannot find it. U made me lost confidence. I want to know will i be getting back my account not reply me “Our team are still working on it. Hope you can understand” each time when i asked. Give me a refund for all the money that i’ve invested in this game if u can’t find it so that we don’t waste our time. My level is VIP11
