National Federation:
The president of your national federation has confidence in you. But don't disappoint him or he may terminate your contract.
Change national team and change dimension:
Having good results with your team will allow you to attract the biggest football nations and hope to win the biggest competitions.
Qualifications and competitions:
Every competition, whether continental or international, takes place after a qualification phase. Every nation in the world has a chance to compete in the major competitions, but the road is sometimes long.

Another good game
I’ve been a fan of quite a few of the games you’ve made so far, and they’re good quality. In this game however, it seems to play very very slow (ie one day per continue click). Also maybe incorporate a salary aspect for managers which could subsequently be spent at a casino game like roulette or blackjack, or at items/properties that give small bonuses that reset every play through.

Oh you’re playing Sri Lanka, literally the worst ranked team in the world? And you have a friendly against Cuba, a team that has a history of qualifying for the WC? AND you somehow managed to draw the game?? Well too bad the board was expecting you to win against this team that has an average level ability 40x higher than yours- minus one on the board confidence. Seriously, for some reason even the lowest rankling teams EXPECT you to start pulling wins against the strongest teams immediately. EDIT: as mentioned by the developer this has since been changed and makes the game much more enjoyable. I’d love this game to have a bit more depth but understand it’s a mobile game. But even small things like having a more accurate multi-stage qualification process for the WC or something would add a lot. But overall it’s fun to boot this game up and help a small nation develop over a few years and then move on to a bigger country!
