I can’t add my VIN (chassis no.)
Every time I touch the cell to add my Chassis no. the app crashes
Almost useless
1- booking a service appointment almost always fails. “Try again at another time “, but with typos. 2- the user experience is very bad; it’s not intuitive and many components don’t work correctly. For example you have to navigate away from the current screen to select a new date and time because date change doesn’t affect time field. 3- some buttons like the maintenance history button just do nothing at all, although a loader is displayed indicating a call to the BE is being made. 4- login is called every time you open the app after killing it. I love the service calculator and the locations, though.

Forever crashes if you want to make any edit or update. Maintenance history keeps loading without result. Bad application.
Super useful
Very user friendly, I love the fact that it is a digital catalogue giving me information about the different models. It also provides news as well as showroom and service centers locations.
Calculator
Its a very good idea and helps with any news updates about the events and cars.

It’s a very good and helpful one! You can check all car colors and options. It also helps to know all updated news about Ford.
Very Bad app
Not working in all time I can’t reserve any service maintenance for my care no history delay in action every time is hanging
