Do not work at all

App is good but limited. Need features returned

They took away the pro power on board status. Why???????

I've had to uninstall then reinstall the app and it's works fine but I don't see the "controls" icon on my App. I click the widget and everything else appears. I'm reading about changing temp, etc and wondered how could I do this when I saw the controls icon in the first photo. Please let me know what is wrong

Once I log in and then switch to a different app, FordPass logs me out as soon as I return to the app. Not worth the hassle.

It’s a good app. Needs dark mode which is why i went to 4 stars instead of 5. Could use more features and better release notes.

I’m very upset right now. I always start my car and unlock it five minutes before I go on my lunch break in the FordPass app is not unlocking my car and my keys are inside of it. Don’t trust the app

I’m unable to make changes in the app, when I try on the website it doesn’t save any of the information it shows all of the old info that I’m trying to change.

I like the app and the ability to lock unlock and start my car with the all my only issue is when you go to check location of vehicle it only shows the last time the vehicle was started and if you were to check while actually in the vehicle while driving it shows unavailable at this time

The vehicle is parked, But is it locked? The app takes a while to load and then you don’t have the info you need. I just want to know if my car is locked or driving.
