注意事项：
• Forest 是一个 iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch 通用的应用程式，买一次即可在不同 iOS 设备上使用。于 iPhone, iPad 能使用上述提及的完整功能，于 Apple Watch 可提供查看今日专注纪录以及显示即时专注状态。若要下载/解锁其他非 iOS 平台的版本需要另外购买，不过只要登入同一个 Forest 帐号，你的帐号资料便可以在不同平台的设备间同步。
• 由于 iOS 系统限制，白名单功能需要 iOS/iPadOS 16 以上才能使用。iOS/iPadOS 15 以下的设备无法使用白名单，在种树时离开 Forest 会导致小树枯萎。
• 种植真树功能因为预算限制，每个帐号最多只能兑换五棵真树。除此之外，我们时常会有一些限时活动可以种植更多的真树，请记得关注我们的社交平台讯息，或是 app 内部通知。

Absolutely amazing app
I have had trouble focusing for a while now. Forest sets short intervals for me to work and then gives me a 5 minute break. Writing no longer seems so daunting . I highly recommend this app!

This app helps me stay committed to the task. I’m not saying it’s a salvation to my procrastination because I still have to put in the effort, but it makes it more bare able. Forest+ GoodNotes + Spotify lofi study music= peace

Worth It!!
This app is so worth it! It keeps me focused and I hate seeing withering trees in my forest so that motivates me to not use my phone. Deep focus mode is perfect for my attention span. Love this app, highly recommended
