Terrible Episode

Episodes 1 and 2 were great. Episode 3 is terrible. Everything is way too hard to figure out and the hints are useless. I don’t think I can get through this without using a walk through.

Brilliant

Liked the game but could be improved

This game is better than most escape room games. I’m not sure how I feel about the new navigation compared to the first two, but I’m thankful for the hints and the ability to take photos and reference them in while working on other puzzles. These puzzles are very non linear. There are typically lots of usefully clues if you’re paying attention but I did have a few that were like, what? How am I supposed to know to use a magnifying glass to randomly look for hidden clues in random objects all over the map, like a random boulder that gives me no clue that it’s a special boulder I should be paying attention to? Especially since there are A LOT of places to navigate to, I really don’t want to spend a lot of time just clicking everywhere and trying every tool in my inventory. That being said, I still do enjoy most of the puzzles and this game will last quite a while to complete, and it saves where you left off last. The game a few times seemed to be literally glitched, and I don’t know if that was intentional? When I got to the arcade game I felt like I was stuck on repeat during the game and then I couldn’t get out of and couldn’t solve and after all the work I put into this, I ended up resetting the game. All that said, I kind of liked your first two lost games a little better. They seemed a little more organized, easier to understand and had less problems. But for a few bucks, I still think the game is worth a try if you are into puzzle solving.

This game is so engaging. There’s more to explore, more puzzles, more story, more psychology, and more subtle humor for you to enjoy. Love Forever Lost, Episode 3!

Not for peole who hate to think

People who like to have ‚think outside of the box’ mental challenges rejoice! This game series does just that! I dont need a ball when I can use a head. Literalist go play EXiTS instead! Those who can use a pliars as table legs, this game is for you! I am stuck in very first area with different game mechanisms then Episode 2. Thats a bit harder as things arent working when I think they should with circle blocking where I would put item, but no worries because just seeing a tiny bit of walk through will teach me how and I will be fine then. I have Shaken Baby Syndrome, high functioning, and can still solve puzzles. This why I say if you cant do outside of box thinking, then go play a ‚hold my hand please’ game instead because this game is way better than that!!!! I may have brain damage but Ive been playing puzzlers to help heal my brain. I dont need my hand held. Thanks! signed former MENSA who still hates mom but forgave her

Great a little hard

Overall very impressive. Love the continuing them and creativity. Having to use the walkthrough more than I like. But that’s better than it being to easy. I’m using the more difficult option. If I play it again I’ll try the less difficult one. I’m curious what the difference is. I like that you can have a photo on the game screen. I don’t like the way the photos are arranged though! Looking forward to #4.

worth it

i know $10 might seem like a steep price tag for a mobile game, but for this package it’s a steal. the puzzles are clever and stymying without being illogical or pointlessly roundabout, the story is intriguing and smartly delivered, and the hints are actual hints that don’t just reveal the solution. the third game in particular was so much more expansive than i was expecting it to be, and i appreciated the way old locations remained relevant instead of being “cleared” and never visited again. if i had one complaint, it would be that i missed the inventory/hint interface from game 2. it was a bummer to see game 3 return to the slightly clunkier interface from game 1.

Least favorite of the three

Some things about this game annoyed me at first. The new camera interface was awkward, the backward font seemed too precious, the music was overbearing, and one of the first puzzles was misleading… but all that said, by the time game ended, I was past all of that and totally focused on solving the puzzles. It was a fun ending to the trilogy

Map is way too big

I really enjoyed Forever Lost Cabin, 1, 2, and granted there were some fun, clever puzzles to the third chapter. The reason I’m only giving it two stars is because the map has well over 20 rooms right of the bat (that’s a generous number) and there were a few puzzles that were definitely a stretch. Ive played many escape room games including all the cube escape and forgotten hill games (all of which I loved). I’ve completed several of them without any hints and I only needed at most two hints for the rest of the games in this series. This one however I needed a hint every 30 minutes, and going back and forth to the other ends of the map was just so time consuming and frustrating. On top of having to remember every little detail in all 20 rooms in my opinion gets to be too much. All and all its ok. I would be a little easier on it if the conclusion to the story which I was really invested in up until this point wasn’t so cheap.
