打鐵健身成立於2016年，至今於雙北、桃園地區共有九間分店，是台灣健身工作室連鎖第一品牌。
打鐵健身除了提供專業的客製化一對一教學，也提供上課的學員自主練習，場館全面採用海外原裝進口的商用頂級有氧器材、重訓器材，提供優質安全的訓練環境，此外還有營養品補給品等全方位的服務，帶給大家最好的運動體驗。
打鐵健身教練團隊，是以台灣各運動專項國家隊退役的選手及健美選手所組成，透過專業系統化的教學培訓，在運動指導及健身知識上都能給予您最大的幫助！
