Forgotten Hill Reviews

Great game, amazed it’s not got more reviews!

The forgotten hill series has absolutely fantastic artwork. A little horror, a little lynchian. The puzzles are smart and challenging, for me a little too challenging sometimes but that’s just me. Great beautiful games.

Good but quite buggy

I tried to play but when I want to play it shows the front cover for like 1 millisecond and then I delete is and download it again but boom, all my progress is gone

Forgotten Hill Surgery

A good game, but having paid £1.99 to escape the ads, I’m disappointed to find that I still need to endure 30 seconds of advertising to reveal hints.

Just started! 😁

Hello! I just started playing this game a few days ago and it’s already so much fun!

a glitch maybe?

when i get to the part where you have to turn the disks to the eye, mouse, sun, fly, and scalpel the disk with the medical tools disappears and i’m not able to beat it. i just watched the walkthrough to see what happens. overall, i love forgotten hill and i’ve played almost all of the games!!

Marble Alien guy

So i would rate this a five but when I got to the Alien guy, I gave him all the marbles he wanted but as soon as I did that he all he said was thank you and wouldn’t move. So I pressed him again and he said give me all the marbles I want, like bro I already gave him all the marbles he wanted.

Paid for ad free but still ads

Bigbluehouse1 on

I love this series but I always pay for ad free yet this game has an ad banner that is at the top of the game. Very distracting. I won’t pay for ad free on these games any longer if they still continue to show ads while trying to play the game. Please fix this.

Ads constantly interrupt gameplay

a subscription? really 🙄 on

United States

Honestly I understand game devs need to do things to generate some income from the games they make and I’m all for that but it would be great to play the game without constant 30 second ads in the middle of gameplay. It’s one thing to have hints behind ads which I understand but I don’t think I’ve ever played an escape game that interrupted its own game to make me watch a 30 second ad (it’s not a pop up I have to sit and wait to continue what would have been a very unique and atmospheric horror experience that has now been shattered). If the game is that desperate to generate revenue I’d literally rather pay to be able to play than be bombarded with ads in an attempt to coerce me to pay to get rid of ads or whatever because it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for both this game and the entire forgotten hill series (which is a shame because it seems interesting and well done)

Don’t waste your $$ on ad-free play

Pep63 on

Paid for ad-free play and I have a constant banner in the upper left hand corner. Annoying.

Bait and Switch: Paid for the game yet ads still show

By punch on

United States

The ads were obnoxious so I paid for the game. I don’t mind paying devs for good games. But the ads only disappeared for about sixty seconds after the “Congratulations, you will no longer see ads” message. Yet here I am looking at the obnoxious ads. How do I get a refund?
