It’s probably too long since this came out for anyone to care but, I’ve just played the series up until this one and all have worked ok. This one will not let me see hints. I hit the advert button, I get shown an ad then nothing happens except the hint button disappears. I’ve paid to go ad free and don’t mind seeing ads for hints, but they don’t work! What’s going on. Great series of games though, but can never finish without a few hints.
Just played the 4th instalment and great like all the rest. I don’t understand people complaining about too many advertisements. If you find them annoying just pay £1.99 to remove them. This is a bargain for all 4 games.
Has others have commented, this seems to be a loss of quality or creativity in this latest release. In fairness the adverts breaks aren’t too long, but the game definitely lacks the spark of earlier games in the series
A really poor edition in an otherwise enjoyable series.
I notice the only replies from the Developers are to the ones that praise the game,BUT ignored mine to say there are issues with it! Too many adverts,after EVERY single puzzle AND,when they eventually finish, the game continually freezes so I have to close it down and restart. It’s taking forever to get through the first level so I will just delete it. Complete waste of time. EDIT: Thank you for you reply,I love and,played all of your Forgotten Hill series so much so that I persevered with the glitches in this one and,finally got to the end. Looking forward to more games in the not too distant future.Grazie mille e buona giornata.
Feels like every 1-2mins! Deleted after 10mins
I love your previous games but I purchased the ‘no advert’ option for this new one but still getting them and then game freezes completely after each add and I have to reinstall the game. I’ll be deleting until the gremlins are sorted
I’m a big fan of forgotten hill games. This game is just as brilliant as the rest but I wish there was an option to get rid of the adverts. Would happily pay to remove them as there seems to be a lot. The adverts take the horror out of the game.
This series is quite creepy which I love, it reminds me of the film Sinister for some reason, I keep thinking Bagool is going to appear, good puzzles and I’ve had so much joy out of this series that I paid to remove the ads on this chapter as it’s important to support creativity. It was shorter than Previous games in the series but still great.
It developed a glitch. Each time I touched the screen a circle appeared which got larger and larger then disappeared. The controls stopped working at that point and I have not been able to get any further. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
