I was excited for this app. I’ve eaten a plant based diet before and these recipes looked great. I even spent the $80 for a subscription because the free version only gives you a few options. BUT… the app doesn’t recognize that I have a subscription, even though it billled my Apple account. There is little to no customer service and I’m left scrambling to try to find a way to access the content that I paid for. Needless to say, I’m disappointed (and out $80).
Like all the other low ratings: I paid for a subscription that unlocked nothing, and now I’m out $20 because the best I can do is not buy the following month. I’ve contacted the app developers through multiple access points with no response; I have filed a fraud complaint and requested a refund from Apple.
I am thrilled with this app as it arrived at the perfect time. I detested cooking and relied on food delivery services. However, I desired to save money and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This service seemed like the ideal solution, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The ingredients are delivered on Thursdays, allowing me to mentally prepare and plan accordingly. The app conveniently adjusts the grocery list based on the ingredients I already have, ensuring that I only purchase what's necessary. I no longer need to worry about calculating quantities or waste any food. The recipes are delicious, and I haven't missed meat, dairy, or sugar. Most importantly, I've eliminated food waste entirely. I am extremely satisfied with this service.
Paid for a subscription which shows up in my iTunes account but the app doesn’t recognize this. I am not able to quit the upgrade screen and I can’t get to any other part of the site including the free recipes.
I paid for both the monthly subscription and the annual subscription, $24 and $99 respectfully both today and it’s still will not give me access. iTunes says the payment was successful and I’m all set and your app is giving me an error code. I’ve sent a message to you via the appso that you have my contact information, including phone number and email address. Please refund or give me access. I would prefer access as that’s why I paid the money.
The app works so well and makes meal planning significantly less stressful! You use the app to do everything from planning to shopping to prepping. I love every aspect of the app and recommend it for anyone who gets overwhelmed with meal planning and prepping!
We are newbies in our transition to a vegetarian lifestyle and are learning to get past dependency on meat in our diet. It’s been very eye opening to discover recipes that inspires us to see a better direction in health. I’m 76 years old & my husband is 77… and we’re learning new behavior with the help of these great menu choices. Thank you
Got a subscription and been using the app for about 3-4 weeks now. Recipes are pretty delicious and having one place to plan, shop, prep is pretty fantastic. Having a starting point every week to plan from and then being able to swap out is really awesome. Portions are a bit inconsistent, but manageable. The app itself needs a bit of QA help. The whole app freezes up frequently when scrolling through comments in a recipe. The close button when viewing a recipe either doesn’t work at all sometimes or has a substantial lag other times. Favoriting recipes is very error prone. When I favorite something, it often doesn’t show up in the search with the favorites filter enabled. It’s a paid service, so I would expect bugs like this to addressed and not to see the most recent update was over a year ago.
I purchased a quarterly subscription through the app on my phone and was charged for it but I haven’t been able to access any weekly menus. I have tried twice to contact support for this problem and haven’t received any help. The notice keeps popping up failed to activate subscription with a status code 401. It wouldn’t be a problem except it’s already been paid for and I didn’t get what I paid for.
